Things were looking sweet at Swallowtail Farm and Creamery of North Whitefield when disaster struck.

Owners Lauren and Sean Pignatello were thrilled that a butter-making segment of Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted shot at their creamery was to be aired on National Geographic.
