Some working towns roll up their sidewalks this time of year. But in Sanford, Lord’s Clam Box is still secretly practicing summer at 1465 Main Street—even in January.
The attraction is owned by the same family who launched the former Lord’s Harborside Restaurant at the end of Harbor Road in Wells (now Hobbs Harborside) during the year of the first Moon landing. Lord’s relocated to this smaller, retro location in 2014.
