Magnus on Water is where the future meets the Saco River. At first glance, it’s as elusive as a speakeasy, but once we find our way in, we get it: magnificent mills, bright lights, and romantic Mechanics Park sparkle outside our window. Cozy and warm, we’re where Water Street hits the water. Illumined by up lights in lush flower beds, a multi-level granite dining patio outside brings to mind a sculpture garden. Right away, we realize this bistro is an alluring addition to the new Biddeford.
